Patient Experience Manager (Complaints Manager)
Venn Group is currently working with a reputable healthcare organisation in London for a Patient Experience Managerto support the organisation.
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience in dealing with complaints in the independent sector
- Experience of dealing with complaints or PALS in the NHS
- Ideally will have experience of Datix – role will involve inputting new complaints & concerns and managing the cases via Datix
Job title: Patient Experience Manager
Duration: 3 months (potential to go extension)
Hours: 37.5 per week
Daily rate: £241.87 - £282.14 PAYE including holiday pay, or £270.42 - £318.52 via umbrella
WFH: Office, home-based and hybrid all considered.
