Job Title: Payroll Officer
Job description: Venn Group has partnered with a global business based in Birmingham to find a Payroll Officer to help out on a temporary ongoing basis. The team are hard-working, friendly, outgoing and are welcoming of all staff members.
Hours: 37.5 per week Monday to Friday
You will be expected to:
Process monthly payroll for a high volume of employees
Carry out manual calculations for statutory sick pay including maternity and paternity
Add new starter and leaver information as and when required
Deal with payroll queries from employees
Carry out general administrative duties including filing and photocopying
The ideal candidate will:
Have previous payroll experience
Possess good Excel skills
