Venn Group are pleased to be recruiting a Personal Assistant role for a major NHS organisation based in South Yorkshire. The post holder must have strong communication and engagement skills and be comfortable liaising with senior staff and external stakeholders.
The duties include but are not limited to:
- Diary management for management team
- Scheduling and transcribing minutes of meetings
- Undertake administrative functions to support the wider business service
- Schedule and attend meetings
- Maintain and update internal database
- Support management team
