Personal Assistant

A position has arisen for an interim Personal Assistant with one of our healthcare clients based in Cambridgeshire. This is remote working position for 6 months, with a salary of £21,892 per annum
Your duties will include:
- Providing administrative support, including extensive diary management
- Providing detailed records of meetings, documentation and updates on logs ensuring all allocated meetings are covered and meet the expected requirements, inclusive of minute taking
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders when required
- Ensuring any urgent emails are flagged and raised to the appropriate level
The successful candidate should have:
- Experience of providing administrative support
- Experience of taking minutes in meetings
- NHS experience
