Venn Group are working with an NHS organisation based in Surrey, who are looking to recruit a Personal Assistant to start as soon as possible.

Salary: Band 4 - £13.83 PAYE or £15.09 Umbrella
Hours: Full time
Duration: 6 months (with likelihood of extension)
Duties:
- Provide a comprehensive confidential and professional administrative support to the Head of Midwifery (HoM) and Maternity Senior Leadership Team (SLT)
- Ensure that all work is dealt with promptly and efficiently and in accordance with the Trust’s Policies and Procedures
- Support the HoM and SLT in delivery of strategic projects within Maternity by collating documentation and progressing responses to required actions
- Support meetings with minute taking and progressing action logs
Required Skills / Experience:
- Minute taking
- General administration
- NHS experience ideally
