**New Opportunity – Personal Assistant**
Venn Group have a new opportunity for a Personal Assistant to join a reputable NHS organisation in the South East. Please see below:
Job: Personal Assistant
Location: South East
Daily rate: £86.52 - £98.77 paye including holiday pay or £93.77 - £107.71 via an umbrella company
Hours: 37.5 hours
Duration: 2-3 months (likely extension)
WFH: remote, but will likely change
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing administrative support across a range of functions including commissioning, membership development, performance, quality, finance and governance alongside general business support
- Delivering administrative support to the CCG team, CCG Governing Body, committee or other meeting
- Dealing with general telephone enquiries
- Providing a sign-posting service/ hospitality for public and staff
- Drafting correspondence on behalf of the Executive Team Member, support at meetings and liaison with stakeholders
- Diary and email management
- Minute taking
It is essential that the successful candidate has:
- Previous experience working as a PA, preferably within the NHS but not essential
- Knowledge of administrative procedures and systems
