Temporary Repairs Planner Roles

A position has arisen for a couple of Repairs Planner within a leading Contractor based in Greater Manchester. This is a key role on 3-6 month temporary ongoing basis. It is paying between £10.58 and £11.86 per hour (PAYE RATE)
The successful candidate must have experience in Customer Service
Your duties will include:
- First point of contact for tenants over the phone for a variety of repair / general enquiries
- Responsible for logging repairs on in house scheduling repairs system
- Diverting calls through to different areas of the business
- Working in a small repairs customer service team
- Carrying out satisfaction surveys with tenants
The successful candidate must have:
- Dealing with high volume of inbound repairs calls
- Knowledge within repairs is preferable
- Experience in social housing would be preferred
This would be an ideal role for an accurate and hands on candidate who is ready to hit the ground running and add value to a team.
