Job description: A well-established law firm in North Yorkshire is seeking an experienced Private Client Locum to provide cover whilst the firm recruit on a permanent basis.

This is an ongoing assignment, offering flexible full-time or part-time hours. The role follows a hybrid working arrangement, requiring a minimum of 3 days in the office and up to 2 days working from home.

You will be responsible for managing your own Private caseload, including:
• Trusts & Estate planning matters

• Probate and estate administration from instruction through to completion

• Drafting and advising on Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney

The ideal candidate will be confident working independently, with the ability to progress matters efficiently from instruction through to resolution.

Candidate Requirements:
• Experienced Solicitor or Fee-Earner
• Ability to manage your own caseload autonomously
• Experience handling Trusts & Estates
• Availability to start ASAP
• Flexible to work a minimum of 3 days in the office (full-time or part-time considered)
