Job Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Market Pillar Product Managers to develop the line of business strategy, plan, product, roadmap and product success metrics
- Work closely with the Technology Product Delivery team to develop and execute plans to deliver the platform strategy
- Develops an approach for continually gathering user feedback (qual and quant research, user panels, etc) aligning with Market Pillar product research activities
- Contribute towards the development of the business case for new products, improvements to existing products and for the underlying tech platforms
- Will be a subject matter expert in their Line or Business/Market Pillar and guides, supports, coaches and imparts knowledge to colleagues
- Work with UX, research and Market Pillar product teams to define user journeys, develop concepts and test prototypes
- Ensures full integration (including commercial aspects) of all elements of a LOB platform ecosystem (eg, licence for Vimeo to integrate with Swapcard)
Essential Experience:
- Proven experience as a product manager, preferably within Media or Publishing
- Extensive website migration, CMS, Optimization or SEO experience
- Ability to form, lead, coach and develop a cross-functional team and work with a range of stakeholders
- Selection of vendors and ongoing vendor management
- Demonstrable commercial expertise any understanding of finance, analytics and marketing
