Interim Programme Manager
Venn Group are currently assisting a large healthcare organization in the Merseyside area with a requirement for an interim Programme Manager to work on-site, and assist in the implementation of a clear process for strategic planning.
The key role responsibilities are:

Supporting the definition and implementation of a clear process for strategic planning, which links clinical, financial, workforce, estate and digital/technology planning cycles into a coherent, documented whole Strategic Plan

Creating corresponding implementation plans accompanied by measurable outcomes at all levels in the organisation to include the development of a process for regular review and reporting.

Supporting the development, production and delivery of the Annual Plan/Strategic Implementation Plan, including submission to regulators within agreed timescales, working with the wider Board of Directors.

Supporting the organisation to create a clear process for annual strategic planning and review, which links the individual clinical, workforce, financial, estate and digital/technology planning cycles into a coherent documented whole strategy

Work with the Director of Strategy to embed implementation planning processes within the organization at all levels, ensuring they fully articulate operational and financial priorities

Ensuring plans include measurable outcomes and developing a regular reporting process to track key/priority implementation progress

Working with the communications team, ensuring internal and external stakeholders are involved in the development of plans and strategies and are well briefed on change programmes
Please note that the role will be Inside IR35, and you will be required to attend on-site full time for this post in the Merseyside area.
