Our client, a leading global organisation, urgently require an experienced Project Manager to undertake a long-term contract based at their Stevenage site.
In order to be successful, it is essential that you have the following experience:

Project Management Experience gained within a Facilities Management capacity

Previous experience of Building Engineering Services Refurbishment

Ability to develop client brief into construction requirements, including scopes for External Professionals, i.e. architect, structural engineer, systems designers

Candidates will need to be able to obtain a SC Clearance (candidates with a live SC will be prioritised)
Within this role, you will be responsible for:

Lead MFTs through the detailed design of Building Services for a range of projects including major plant replacement and refurbishment works

Oversee application of industry standard design and calculation software

Liaise with clients, architects and other design team members

Prepare reports, drawings and specifications

Monitor / Audit/ Validate progress of Professional Service Work Packages, and works on site and observance of technical compliance and H&S matters

Develop, update/manage and monitor a project delivery plan

Identify and manage risks and opportunities

Manage CAPEX business cases from preparation through approval to delivery and project close

Develop detailed design briefs for Building Services design for a range of projects including major plant replacement and refurbishment works

Develop and maintaining excellent client relationships

Monitor installation works on site and observance of technical compliance and H&S matters
