Project Manager – Sprinklers

A position has arisen for a Project Manager – Sprinkler within a highly regarded organisation based in Hertfordshire. This is a key role managing sprinkler projects for a three-month temporary, ongoing placement.
Your duties will include:

Responsible for day to day management of contractors and works to ensure the timely installation of retro fitted sprinklers, and other fire related works, to seven high rise housing blocks

Mobilise and set up single contractor including all site arrangements and facilities, agreeing programs and KPIs, dispute resolution and chair regular meetings

Report and update Council management and stake holders, work across all departments to ensure consistency

Monitor and control works to ensure delivery of seven sprinkler systems and fire safety works within a set budget and time frame

Engage with tenants and stake holder groups attending all meetings and appointments, including out of hours; resolve complaints and implement outcomes to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction are maintained

Ensure accurate record keeping and quality controls are maintained to a very high standard, in readiness for future building safety case files
The successful candidate should have:

The successful candidate will have experience within project management and a commercial awareness

Hold HND/HNC Level 3 (or equivalent) in Construction or related qualification

Hold full UK Driving Licence and have access to a vehicle
