Project Delivery Officer
Location: Nottinghamshire
Rate: £26.00ph umbrella (paye option available)
Length: Temporary to Permanent
Permanent Salary: £33,800 – £38,000 (DOE)
Hours: 35 per week (agile working)
Venn Group is currently recruiting for Project Delivery Officer to work in Nottingham This exciting opportunity is available for candidates who have previous experience within this position
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- You will assist in the preparation of budget bids, business cases, raising of works orders and variations in line with contracts and financial policies; monitoring budgets for schemes of work, updating the management team/stakeholder as required and providing information to the Management team that would support the compilation of departmental budgets
- You will be the accountable person for delivering schemes of planned works, stipulating standards to ensure work is delivered to agreed target dates and quality
- You will produce a detailed specification for each project carry out inspections and surveys as required; reviewing company and contractor procedures and regulatory documentation to ensure compliance
- Deliver complex project tasks covering all aspects of CDM 2015 Regulations and liaise with all regulatory agencies and agreeing an appropriate solution
- Support with the procurement of services via traditional tenders or frameworks and undertake contract administration from inception to satisfactory completion
The successful candidate will have:
- Excellent eye for detail and great building knowledge
- A working knowledge of CDM 2015 Regulations, asbestos and all other regulations relating to the delivery of service area works; including a demonstrable knowledge of defects provisions within building contracts
- Experience within this position
- Own vehicle (business mileage will be provided)
