Project Co-ordinator needed

A position has arisen for a temporary Project Co-ordinator placed within an established organisation situated in Norfolk. This role is responsible for the management, supervision, co-ordination and planning of building projects, for a contract length of 3 months with the possibility to go on permanently.
Your duties will include:
- Manage, supervise, co-ordinate and plan building projects, decants and space utilisation
- Prepare drawings, specifications, estimates, tender documentation and programmes for project work, decants, refurbishments, small new build projects and minor work schemes
- Carry out contract administration/project management and supervision during the contract phase, including preparation of tender analysis and settlement of final accounts
- Undertake conditions surveys, and inspections of property
- Ensure compliance with lease and lettings agreements and ensure all lease costs and rates are maintained at the most beneficial levels
- Manage and be responsible for monitoring, administrating and updating frontline asbestos system
- Ensure that CAD drawings and other update drawings are in place, and ensure all O&M manuals and records are maintained and adequately stored for all projects
- Identify staff/department furniture requirements, utilising existing furniture and arranging ordering of new and removal of old furniture and fittings
- Manage the provision of Fixtures, Fittings & Equipment on Major Projects
- Liaise with local and other statutory authorities and ensure compliance with legislative requirements on projects
- Assist in the development and maintenance of a register of project contractors and suppliers, including sitting on evaluation panels as required
The successful candidate should have:
- You must have previous experience working in a similar role in a commercial environment
- You must have strong knowledge on Health & Safety legislation and CDM regulations
- Please note, an Enhanced DBS will be required for this role
