Proof of Concept – FX Options IT Trading and Risk Senior Consultant
One of Venn Group’s high-end Investment Banking clients is currently recruiting for a Senior Consultant for the proof of concept (PoC) phase to build a new FX Options Risk UI.
Our client is engaged on a major upgrade programme for their FX Options IT Trading and risk management solutions. One element of the programme is a new real-time risk and P&L viewer for use by the options traders.
What is needed is a sophisticated, easy-to-use User Interface that the traders will use for a seamless experience in orchestrating, visualizing and investigating their many risks and P&: queries and what if scenarios.
The successful candidate will be working hand in hand with Front Office trading team to design and iterate through the requirements and design,
Key Skills:
- JavaScript, using the ReactJS library – (intention, open to other leading technologies/best practices).
- Strong User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) design skills.
- Familiarity with the REST API implementations.
Desirables Skills:
- Understanding of derivatives risk & PnL – ideally FX Options
- Familiarity with ClickHouse ideally Opensea
