Venn Group are working with a renowned Legal 500 law firm based in Birmingham who are seeking a Legal Secretary to assist their property department. The successful candidate will be joining a reputable and friendly firm that prides itself on providing excellent client care and a supportive and welcoming environment for their employees.
You will be required to work collaboratively with other secretarial members of staff to provide efficient and professional support to both the Fee Earners and clients of the firm. Our client is seeking a candidate that is equipped to confidently complete Land Registry and HMRC filing forms and audio and copy type correspondence and legal documents. The ideal candidate will have exemplary telephone manner, be extremely organised and have great relationship building skills.
Key Requirements
Minimum of 5 years’ experience within either a residential conveyancing or commercial property role within a law firm
Approachable and motivated attitude
Possess the ability to type with speed and precision
Hold an aptitude to successfully work as part of a team
