Property Manager
An opportunity has arisen for a dynamic Property Manager to join a highly regarded Lettings and Property Management Company based in Birmingham.
This varied role will see you dealing with all aspects of the lettings and management of a desirable modern development. You will source tenants and negotiate letting terms, tenancy renewals, extensions and rent reviews. In addition, you will be responsible for instructing approved contractors to handle minor repairs as and when required.
Whilst you will be part of a high performing team of like-minded professionals you will enjoy a high level of autonomy and will have full ownership of your tasks and responsibilities. The role will involve a good amount of client contact and will see you liaising with both landlords and tenants.
This position would be ideally suited to a confident individual with the ability to build relationships and find solutions where required. You will need a background in property, ideally in lettings or property management, a varied skill set and a can-do attitude.
The salary on offer is dependent on experience and expected to be in the region of £28,000 to £29,000.
