Job Title: Property Manager

We are currently for a Property Manager within a leading NHS Trust based in West Yorkshire. This is a key role on an ongoing contract basis.
The successful candidate must have experience working for Public Sector organisation
Your duties will include:
- Accountable for sourcing new premises, by searching the market for suitable estates to ensure service delivery, maximise commercial opportunities to improve our estate and negotiate costs to ensure best value for money
- Support new contract mobilisations and strategic changes required in the estate by implementing and reviewing agreements for our occupations
- Monitoring all key lease and licence milestones, and ensure the day-to-day management of the trusts sessional estates is maintained
- Liaise with landlords as required
- Supported by the administrator team, the post holder will manage full commercial leases and partial building leases
The successful candidate should have:
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Experience in a public sector of NHS organisation
- Knowledge of property law and legal documentation, ability to pick out key information from leases/licences
- Great organiser and communicator that can work with multiple stakeholders and keep great working relationships within Connect and our providers
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office programmes and overall PC literacy
