Job Title: Purchase Ledger Clerk
Job description: We are recruiting for an Purchase Ledger Clerk to take part in an exciting project whilst working for a reputable business based in Warwickshire.
You will be:
- Supporting the accounts team to resolve invoice discrepancies, liaise with operations and the buying department
- Dealing with supplier queries via telephone and email
- Handle internal queries and requests for information from the buying department and other internal departments
- Registering and processing a high volume of supplier invoices
- Costing of delivery tickets and site paperwork as required
- Reconciling supplier accounts
The ideal candidate will:
- Have a minimum of two years’ experience within a purchase ledger role
- Possess intermediate Excel skills
