Venn Group are recruiting for a permanent Purchase Ledger Assistant to join an established organisation based in Birmingham.
- Processing over 1000 purchase ledger invoices on a monthly basis
- Generating PO numbers when required
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Processing BACS payments on a weekly basis
- Resolving a high volume of suuplier queries via telephone and email
The ideal candidate will:
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Have at least one years’ relevant accounts payable experience
- MS Dynamics experience desirable
