Job Title: Purchase Ledger Clerk
Job description: We are recruiting for a temporary Purchase Ledger Clerk for a well-established and reputable organisation based in Warwickshire.
You will be expected to:

Receive and process large volumes of supplier invoices

Ensure payments are made within agreed payment terms
-
Assist with receiving and distributing post
-
Manually log and scan invoices
-
Log and distribute invoice queries
-
Reconcile, print and post invoice batches
-
Deal with supplier issues via phone, email and letter
The ideal candidate will:

Possess experience working in the accounts payable function
-
Be able to work on their own initiative and work to tight deadlines
-
Be available at short notice for an immediate start
