Job Title: Purchase Ledger Controller
Job description: We are recruiting for a permanent Purchase Ledger Controller for a well-established and reputable organisation based in Coventry.
You will be:

Processing up to 500 invoices on a monthly basis including stamping, coding, paperwork matching and obtaining authorisation

Sorting invoice queries with suppliers and internal members of staff

Purchase ledger filing
-
Posting payments and expenses
-
Preparing the monthly supplier payment run
-
Posting credit card transactions onto sage and chasing up invoices to support transactions
-
Raising adhoc manual cheques as required
-
Tidying up accounts and chasing old credit notes
The ideal candidate will:
-
Have a minimum of two years’ experience within a purchase ledger role
-
Be available to start a new role at short notice
-
Possess sound Excel skills
