Quality Support Administrator
Venn Group is currently working with a large NHS company who are looking for a Quality Support Administrator. Below is a brief synopsis on the role;
Duration: Start date – ASAP – 3 Months
Banding: 5
Location: Winchester - Hybrid
Rate: Daily PAYE £13.12 + £1.58 Holiday Pay = £14.70 or £16.09 Umbrella
Hours: 37.5
Day to day duties include:
- To manage daily correspondence, using letters and email, and inbox management to prioritise as appropriate ensuring timely follow up.
- To ensure the efficient management of the diaries; arranging internal and external meetings and appointments. Liaison with external conference/meeting organisers and organising travel and accommodation when appropriate
- To keep accurate and complete records of activities and communications consistent with internal and external policies and procedures and to help others access this information when appropriate
- Manage the administrative support to internal/external meetings when requested including collecting agenda items, prepare, and circulate papers ensuring that membership lists are kept up to date and produce accurate minutes and action logs in line with agreed quality standards, co-ordinating and following up of any actions arising from these meetings.
- Manage absence arrangements across the team
- Manage reporting and recording processes ensuring deadlines are met
- Oversee the administrative approval process relating to GP practices, Trainers, Associate Trainers and Out of Hours providers including liaison with GP ST administrators and Associate Directors ensuring good record keeping and database maintenance.
- Responsible for ensuring that all new practices and Trainers for the relevant area are approved by the GMC.
