Recruitment Consultant - £30-35k Year One OTE

Venn Group are looking for ambitious, driven and motivated individuals to join our Consultant Training Programme. We are looking for sociable, motivated and hardworking graduates who are looking to throw themselves into the role, get on the phone and ultimately make money! This role is a trainee position and you will follow our 6 month training programme.

The role of a Recruitment Consultant involves:
- Developing your client portfolio to understand your clients' specific requirements
- Building strong working relationships with candidates to maintain and develop your candidate network
- Talent generation through job boards and social media channels
- Following up business development leads
- Holding virtual or face to face client meetings
