Venn Group's specialist HR division are pleased to be recruiting for a Recruitment Officer within a well-established public sector organisation in South Yorkshire. The post holder must have strong communication skills and be comfortable with creating and evaluating job descriptions.
The successful candidate will have experience providing a high quality of recruitment support for line managers. Any CIPD qualifications or NHS experience would also greatly benefit an application.
Your duties will include:
- Manage vacancies and applications using internal systems
- Prepare and issue contracts of employment and associated documents for new staff
- To keep Job Descriptions up to date and work with line managers to improve Job Descriptions
- To be comfortable with 360 recruiting
- To train new staff members and current staff members on internal systems
- Providing advice on recruitment to line managers
NHS experience encouraged
