We are currently working with a well-known not-for-profit regulatory body based in Central London to recruit for an exciting new Recruitment Project Manager position
The successful post holder will aid strengthening the busy recruitment function and support the implementation of a new recruitment system

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead recruitment campaigns, including sourcing options, and supporting the candidate journey
- Ensure onboarding processes are followed and making sure all correspondence and pre-employment checks are correctly undertaken
- Support the implementation of the iTrent applicant tracking system (ATS) along with the Talent Acquisition Manager and HR Systems & Services Manager
- Design efficient enablement of ATS links with relevant job boards, electronic right-to-work check providers and other third parties
- Deputise for the Talent Acquisition Manager as required
Person Specification:
- Significant experience in recruitment role focussing on direct sourcing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Possess up to date knowledge of recruitment best practice and employment legislation
- Advanced IT skills, including use of HR databases and Excel
- Knowledge of the MHR Global i-Trent applicant tracking system (Desirable)
Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 per annum (pro-rata)
Contract Type: 6-month FTC
