Permanent Registered Manager
Venn Group Social Housing Recruitment Team are currently recruiting for a permanent CQC Registered Manager for a highly reputable support provider based in Wiltshire.
Locations: Wiltshire
Duration: Permanent
Hours: 35 hours per week
Salary: £32,000 - £35,500 per annum (DoE)
Day to Day Duties:
- Overseeing a CQC registered mental health service and ensuring that the care and support of service users with mixed mental health conditions and ensure effective support is delivered
- Manage and lead a team of Support Workers including supervisions, appraisals and disciplinaries
- Ensure the service operates effectively and complies with CQC regulations
- Ensure that the service provided meets/exceeds legislative requirements including GDPR, CQC standards and Health and Safety legislation
- Report all reportable issues to CQC
- Work closely with other Registered Mangers in other services
- Monitor case work, reviewing and assessing referrals with the Head of Service and Team Leaders
- Respond to Provider Information Request (PIR) within agreed timescales
- Contribute to managing service budgets
Essential requirements:
- Experience of working and managing CQC registered services
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership in Health & Social Care or the equivalent (or QBE)
- Experience of overseeing and providing support to vulnerable clients in a residential setting
- Proven staff management experience
Desired requirements:
- Experience of working with clients with mental health conditions
