Job description: On behalf of law firm in Cheshire, we’re presently recruiting for a Residential Conveyancing Locum on a hybrid basis.

This position is likely to be long-term, with the firm requiring interim cover until a permanent member of staff has been recruited.

The suitable candidate will be available immediately and ideally be able to work a minimum of 4 days per week. In addition, it is essential for candidates to possess prior experience managing a varied Residential Conveyancing caseload, to include dealing with the sale of freehold and leasehold properties.

Lastly, both qualified and non-qualified Fee Earners will be considered for this role.

Rate of pay: £35.00 - £45.00 per hour (outside IR35)
