Job Description – A well-established international Private Practice in the North West are looking for Solicitors to join their Conveyancing Team on a permanent basis January 2021 to work 5 days a week.
Duties will include:
- Dealing with a caseload of conveyancing files including difficult freeholds, leaseholds, sales, purchases, transfers of equity, shared ownership and new builds
- Handling registered and unregistered files
- Dealing with re-mortgages, right –to-buys and buy-to-lets
- Checking contract papers, raised enquiries and checked searches
- Compiling complex completion statements and drafted contract documentation
- Handling own title checks
- Handling a caseload of 80-100 files
Applications will be considered from Qualified Solicitors with a minimum of 2-3 years PQE.
Salary £45,000 (plus additional bonuses)
