Resource Planner Vacancy

A reputable housing association in the Watford area are looking to recruit a resource planner within their customer service team on a permanent basis to produce excellent customer services to their tenants.
Duration: Permanent
Salary: 25-30k per annum
Location: Watford, Hertfordshire
Hours: Monday – Thursday 9-5.30, Friday 9-5pm (1 day pw WFH)
Main duties:
- To be an active member of the team that provides a comprehensive administrative support service to the Directorate
- Scheduling repairs and maintenance works, providing value for money services and the effect and efficient use of resources
- Liaising with contractors and other staff to deliver an efficient, customer-focussed service
- Dealing with customer care and consultation
- Collating and inputting data into systems as required and to agreed standards and timescales
- Stock data and document management
- Maintaining efficient office systems to ensure the smooth running of the service
- Acting as the first point of contact for tenant and other customers, including the constructive and timely initial handling of complaints
- Ensuring customers are kept fully and regularly informed of progress
Essential criteria:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus
- Ability to maintain effective and productive working relationships
- Ability to use IT systems, particularly Word and Excel, to accurately input, record and extract data
- A basic DBS will be required if you are successful in the post
