Venn Group are partnering with a large engineering company who are looking to hire a Reward Specialist to join their Human Resources function, on a temporary to permanent basis. The Reward Specialist will be a key function and need to liaise with senior stakeholders across the company.
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 pa
Location: Remote/Occasional Office Travel
Key experience required:
- Diversity Reporting – producing strong simple analysis that tells a story and leads to actionable change within the business
- Pay Review – experience of carrying out a merit based pay review across a wide diverse population (ideally with TUPE and over 5,000 employees)
- Process driven – ability to translate activity into a process and map out key stakeholders and responsibilities
- Presentation – Creative presentations to senior executives
- Out of Cycles – experience of producing quarterly analysis of pay increases with recommendations
- Hold experience within gender pay gap reporting, salary benchmarking and grading structures, employee comp and benefits
- International experience would be a ‘nice to have’ as would generalist HR experience
- Experience working at large company (10,000 staff minimum)
- Strong Excel knowledge and skills (beyond intermediate level to include pivot tables, formulae and Vlookup)
