Royalties and Rights Coordinator
We are currently recruiting for a Royalties and Rights Coordinator on behalf of one of our clients, a leading internationally recognised cultural body.

Contract length: 12-month fixed term contract
Location: London
Salary Range: £29,637 pro rata
Responsibilities include:
- Interpreting and entering royalty and recoupment terms into the Media Maestro system
- Adapting and improving processes in order to ensure effectiveness
- Resolving and investigating issues, errors and discrepancies from rights and stake holders
- Train and support staff across the Royalties, Rights & Contracts, Finance and other teams on new and existing systems
- Provide reporting and analysis on royalty’s positions, supporting financial reporting, including royalty accruals and tracking recoupment of advances
Essential Requirements:
- Must have experience working with royalty systems including familiarity with Media Maestro
- Proficient working with Media Maestro, MediaExp and ExcelExp
- Proven experience with Excel, Pivot tables and V-lookups is crucial
- Able to ask questions and be inquisitive about the processes
- Good organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to deal with people at all levels
- Be able to take initiative where needed, think outside the box and bring new thinking to the table
