SCCM Management Technician
We are working with an organisation based in Hampshire to provide both day to day support and ongoing systems management for all IT and telecommunications systems (ICT) to all departments of the trust.
Core deliverables of this post include:
- To provide a high degree of support for all ICT systems within the Trust, including satellite offices and stations.
- To proactively identify and resolve infrastructure-related support issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- To proactively administer and maintain all ICT systems, including the regular backup and archive of key user and application data.
- To work closely with the Service Desk team to ensure timely and efficient processing of user support requests in line with the Trust’s Service Level Agreements
Required skills/experience includes:
- Excellent understanding of the intricacies of SCCM, how it works, how it fits together
- Troubleshoot skills, Servers OS, Hyper V, Azure, Co management, management
- Demonstrable experience of providing 2nd and 3rd line technical support along with the ability to explain key principles and technical Schemas to non-technical staff.

Length: 6 months
Location: Hampshire - 3 days remote working, 2 days on site
Daily rate: £195.60 inside IR35 (Umbrella)
