School Secretary / Receptionist

Venn Group is currently working with a school in Berkshire who are looking to recruit an Office Administrator to effectively assist the Office Manager in the smooth running of the school office.
Salary: £11,875 – 13,125
Location: Berkshire
Duration: Permanent, Mon – Fri 08:00 to 13:00
Term time only
Job Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service to parents and stakeholders by welcoming guests and answering phone calls professionally and courteously

Responsible for dispensing of stationery to staff and pupils, ordering and stock control

Dispatch and organise incoming and outgoing post
-
Assist with filing, maintaining and updating of school and pupil records

Type up and distribute minutes from staff briefings

Inputting invoices into the school accounts system
The successful candidate will have:

Extensive experience working within an administration based
-
Excellent customer service and communication skills
