Interim SEN Analyst
Location: London (remote working, flexible)
Status: Inside IR35
Length: 6 months, 2.5 days per week
We are looking and interim SEN Analyst to provide insight through the analysis of data to drive improvement in service quality.
Key Responsibilities of the SEN Analyst:
- Administrative support for High Needs Project board and SEND and AP Transformation workstreams to deliver project outcomes
- Analyse data to provide business insight for the Council’s Special Educational Needs service that will drive improvements in service quality, efficiency, and performance
- Documenting and reporting the results of data analysis activities and making recommendations to influence decision makers
- Support the service in meeting its statutory returns requirements and highlight any data quality identified data quality issues
- Support the winder Council ambition of using data more effectively to drive value and better outcomes
Skills and experience required of the SEN Analyst:
- Experience of working in administration and the ability to manage work successfully
- Good understanding of data structures, database systems and procedures and the range of analytical tools used to undertake a range of different types of analyses
- Significant experience and expertise in using analytical tools to effectively present data in a meaningful way to a variety of stakeholders - Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power BI
- Skilled in effectively collating, validating, and cleansing data from multiple sources including Excel, databases and other ICT systems to produce insight
