Senior Account Director
Location: Oxfordshire / remote working
Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 per annum (DOE)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
I am excited to be providing support to a brand new Venn Group client in order to source the services of a creative and experienced Senior Account Director.
The organisation is a fast-paced communications agency, which delivers exciting creative work for their global client base. With a focus upon B2B audiences and a passion for technology, the agency delivers PR-driven, multi-channel campaigns, and has been named one of the top channel-focused PR forms in the world by Forrester.
To provide strategic intelligent PR expertise to clients leading to maintaining and developing successful long-term client relationships
Develop strategies and activities for clients and oversee their execution, quality controlling all aspects of the client’s programme and the relationship with the agency
To mentor and develop team members
To support and proactively contribute to the business development of the agency
To become a trusted senior member of the team, involved in all aspects of the business
The main experience which the client is looking for include:
Agency experience within a B2B environment, preferably within the technology sector
Demonstrable ability to take the strategic lead on a portfolio of client accounts
Experience of line management – managing a team with a hands-on, outcomes-focused approach
Expertise in media relations strategy across national, trade and broadcast media – based on experience, knowledge and relationships
Able to build credible and trustworthy relationships with clients
