Temporary Senior Administrator
Venn Group are currently assisting a community healthcare organization in the Greater Manchester area with a requirement for an interim Senior Administrator. This role will be majority laptop-based remote working, but there may be a requirement to attend on site in the Greater Manchester area.
The key role responsibilities are:

Updating the organization specific case management system regarding contract queries

Sourcing and collating external party information from the case management system

Inputting, monitoring and checking data for specific and finite team projects

Acting as a point of contact dealing with and responding to complex queries from stakeholders

Preparing full reports from the for members of the panel on a monthly basis

Handling sensitive financial information pertaining to the organization and maintaining a high level of confidentiality at all times

Undertaking key administrative responsibilities such as answering phone calls, prioritizing emails and diary management where appropriate
Please note that it is essential to have experience working at a senior administrative level, and it would be beneficial to have a good understanding of working in a contracts team.
