We are currently partnered with a leading Education provider who are looking for a Senior Financial Accountant to join the team on a permanent full-time basis. The post-holder will have key responsibilities in the month-ending accounting processes and will work closely with the Financial Accounting team.
Job role entails:
- Taking control of month-end, key balance sheet reconciliations and manual journals
- Supporting the production of audit and statutory accounts
- Assisting with tax submissions and returns
- Intercompany invoicing and accounting
- Meeting strict month-end deadlines
- Maintaining good relationships with partner companies
The successful candidate MUST:
- Be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified and technically strong
- Have knowledge of multiple account framework e.g. US GAAP, UK GAAP, IFRS
- Have worked in a corporate or commercial accounting background
- Have substantial financial accounting experience
- Have great communication skills
