Senior HR Coordinator
Venn Group is currently looking to recruit a Senior HR Coordinator for a ten-month fixed-term contract, working within an industry leading healthcare organisation based in London. The salary on offer is between £28,458 - £36,969.82.
Responsibilities
- Be a main point of contact for recruiting managers and candidates throughout the entirety of the recruitment and onboarding processes
- Support, develop and maintain processes including the audit, payroll, and absence management processes, reviewing when necessary to improve the HR team’s efficiency
- Develop effective relationships with various internal and external stakeholders
- Proactively work with line managers senior management teams with various absence management administration and management procedures
- Resolve various HR issues as they arise
- Present data on various HR functions including absence, turnover, recruitment, and employee relations
- Engage in your own personal development to meet organisational and personal targets
Requirements
- CIPD Level 5 qualified
- Prior experience in HR Coordinator roles essential
- Extensive experience using HR IS systems
- Ability to produce various analytical reports and running HR Metric reports
- Competent user of MS Office Suite
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to effectively work on your own and in a team environment
- Ability to produce statistics and payroll information
- Prior experience of supervising at least 1 person and working in the not-for-profit sector desirable
