Senior Medical Secretary
Venn Group is currently working with an NHS Organisation in London who is looking to recruit a Senior Medical Secretary to join their team.
Rate: Band 4
Hours: Mon – Fri, 9 to 5
Length: 3 months initially
Location: On site 5 Days – Hillingdon Location
The successful candidate must:
- Supporting Community Paediatricians in an administrative capacity.
- Dealing with telephone and email queries. Downloading and formatting clinical reports using dictation software (Dictate IT). Dealing with prescription requests.
- Managing doctors' diaries.
- Covering Child Protection phone line to take initial referral. Filing, photocopying and scanning documents. Dealing with Subject Access Requests.
- Typing and sending reports and correspondence via post and email.
- Liaising with partner organisations including other clinical departments and hospitals. Updating, entering and uploading information to SystemOne.
