Senior Performance Analyst

Salary: £40,057 to £45,839 pa
Our NHS client is looking to recruit a Senior Performance Analyst to join the team.
They require for someone with a solid background in Google Analytics to support the team with measuring performance across our digital channels and highlighting opportunities for improvement across their user journey.
This is a full-time position, and would require on site presence at any of their sites.
You will analyse data from a number of different sources, bringing this together to deliver evidence-based recommendations to the business.
Whether making recommendations on multi-variant tests that could be part of a long-term analytical strategy, or utilising detailed user research and eye tracking, this is an exceptional chance to develop your professional skills in a fast-paced environment.
Day to Day Duties:
- Develop benchmarks and KPIs that will allow the business to measure return-on-investment efficiency
- Identify how to increase donor conversion rates
- Analyse the website user journey and assessing all other digital touchpoints
- Hold analytics training sessions with internal and external partners
Essential Skills:
- Significant analytical and technical expertise, with a background in implementing change which has enhanced performance levels within an organisation. This will include a background in validations, pilots and trials
- A background in using Google Analytics and tools including Brandwatch, Experian and Google Tag Manager
- You will also have an awareness of conversion tools such as Google Optimise, Optimizely, Sitecat and Sessioncam
- Well-developed communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into language that is easy to understand for the intended audience
Desirable Skills:
- Experience of both Universal Analytics and GA4 would be at an advantage
