1. Job Title: Service Desk Agent (Onsite)
Venn Group are currently working with a public sector organisation in the North West to recruit an Service Desk Analyst for initially 3 Months.
2. Job Specification:
The main duties are as follows:
Responsibilities:

Log all calls (incidents, service requests, training and user logon accounts) onto the Call Logging System

Ensure accuracy of information and categorisation, assigning appropriately and preparing any necessary documentation

Ensure the Incident / Service Request are assigned to the correct workgroup
-
Monitor all calls and highlight any possible delays to the Team Leader
-
Log faults out to maintenance suppliers if required, ensuring response times are met
