Service Manager (7019230)
Venn Group is currently working with a NHS Organisation in South East who is looking for a Service Manager to join their growing team.
Rate: £231.48 (+ £27.94 holiday pay = £259.43 PAYE) or £290.56 umbrella
Length: 3 Months initially
Location: London – On-site working. Please enquire for exact location.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing a team and assisting in implementing changes within a department
- Building key relationships with the Senior Management team and Divisional Management as well as non-clinical and clinical team members, and external parties including GP’s and CCG’s
- Supporting the General Manager in developing efficient patient centred services
- Meeting financial and operational performance targets
- Implementing effective processes for delivering national and local operational targets
- Reviewing the efficiency and effectiveness of services in terms of cost effectiveness and financial flows
The successful candidate must:
- Hold NHS operational management experience at an 8a level
- Hold a proven record of meeting national and local targets
