Site Manager / Caretaker

Venn Group is working with a prestigious prep school to recruit a Caretaker to ensure the safety and presentation of the school site.

Salary: 33k – 35k (dependant on experience)

Duration: permanent

Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00

Location: Berkshire

The successful candidate will:

Ensure cleanliness of site through emptying bins and clearing litter
Implement and adhere to Health & Safety policies and procedures, recording / reporting all maintenance and issues
Act as the main key holder, closing the site and ensuring security
Carry out routine inspections of equipment and areas
Carry out portering duties including moving heavy furniture
Liaise with external contractors and visitors as necessary
