Support Officer / Administrator
Rate: £12.32ph - £13.44per hour (negotiable depending on experience)
Duration: 3 months – likely extension whilst the client recruits permanently

We are currently working with an organisation who requires the interim assistance of an experienced Administrator. We are looking for a Support Officer to provide administration and technical support for the organisation. You will be assisting the Oracle project team. The additional help will assist the team to meet project deadlines and go live. Previous project work will be an advantage for this role.

Duties/Requirements:
- To produce HR Process maps using Microsoft Visio. Experience of HR policies and procedures will be an advantage but not essential.
- Experience of Microsoft office software – Excel and Word. Oracle – SBS experience. Experience of working in a fast-paced Office environment.
- Can do attitude.
- Need someone to start as soon as possible for a period of 12 weeks with a view to extend further
