Venn Group is currently recruiting for a TA Specialist for a Private Sector organisation based in Coventry. This role is 6-month FTC paying a salary of £30,000-£35,000 per annum, working 37.5 hours a week.
This job role will be 3 days on site, 2 days working from home.
Duties:
- Previous experience of end-to-end recruitment and managing multiple vacancies
- Delivering an efficient and professional hiring manager experience to enable the business to make the right hiring decisions and ultimately achieve the business ambitions
- Guide hiring managers through the end-to-end recruitment process and quickly demonstrate an understanding of the requirements of each vacancy.
- Extensive knowledge and experience of recruiting senior management roles ideally, from a marketing or branding environment either inhouse or a recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) model.
- Utilising tools to source passive candidates for more challenging/niche roles, by building your network and our talent pipeline.
- Resilient and highly organised with excellent attention to detail, the ability to work at pace and prioritise own workload
- Able to attract and source great talent without using recruitment agencies
- Understanding of employment legislation in context of talent acquisition and permanent and contractor hiring
- Well-developed analytical, decision-making, negotiation, problem-solving and verbal/written communication skills.
- The confidence, and sound judgment when working with hiring managers and colleagues
- Knowledge and experience in behaviour-based and/or competency-based interviewing
