Job description: An NHS Trust in South Yorkshire are currently recruiting for a Secretary to join their team on a contract until the end of March (with the potential of extension). This is a fulltime role, contracted to 37.5 hours per week.
The successful candidate will be dealing with:
- Attending meetings, taking minutes and distributing these round to the appropriate party
- Organising waiting lists and making sure patients see the correct doctors in the correct departments
- Carrying out additional general administration tasks when required
It is essential that candidates applying for this role have previous experience in taking meeting minutes.
Annual Salary/Hourly Rate: £10.28 p/h
