Temporary Events Coordinator

I am excited to be working with a well-respected organisation in Oxford, in order to source a driven and personable Events Coordinator for a four-six month contract role.
The main duties of the role will be:

Manage the administrative arrangements for meetings and events.

Liaise with venues and catering providers

Act as the first point of contact for enquiries

Deal effectively with postal correspondence, telephone calls, emails and web enquiries.

Organise any administration associated with accommodation and dinner, participant packs (bags, pens etc) and deal with suppliers and sponsors as necessary

Organise the issuing of invitations to attend meetings and events

Manage the registration process prior to the event and on the day
