Tenancy Sustainement Officer
We are recruiting for an excellent Housing Provider based in Gloucestershire, they require a Tenancy Sustainment Officer to join their teamon a permanent basis. You would provide effective tenancy management across a geographical patch, ensuring that all housing management functions are completed to a high standard.

Daily Rate: £25,578
Day to Day Duties:
- To ensure that all housing management functions, including voids and lettings, rent and service charge arrears, anti-social behaviour and other tenancy breaches, health and safety and fire checks, and repairs and maintenance are carried out to a high standard and in a timely fashion
- To ensure that all compliance checks i.e. gas, legionella etc. are completed by their due date, and that the relevant certification is received and uploaded appropriately
- To facilitate property access for contractors as required
- Maintain a property inventory and replenish any items as required
- To ensure that properties are ready to let as soon as possible after they are void
- Ensure that safeguarding’s, incidents, accidents and near misses are reported and responded to appropriately
- To monitor and review CCTV footage where appropriate
- To review maintenance works carried out in properties, confirm completion, and report any quality issues to the Neighbourhood Manager
- To assist the Neighbourhood Manager in preparing a case for Court in relation to tenancy breach
- To be a point of contact for, and promote positive relationships within local communities
- Collect rents and service charges and respond appropriately to any arrears
Essential Skills:
- Good housing management experience
- Experience of liaising with vulnerable social housing tenants
- Access to a car and business insurance
- CIH Qualification at level 3 or above or qualified by experience
