Workforce Information Analyst

Venn Group is currently working with an NHS Trust based in London to recruit a Workforce Information Analyst to be responsible for analysing sensitive data from multiple sources and to report to stakeholders working with the Trust.
Rate: £27.12 PAYE (Inc HP) or £30.22 Umbrella, Per Hour
Hours: 37.5 hours, 5 days per week
Days in office: TBC
Duration: 3 months initially
Job Responsibilities:

Act as the organisational expert in the use of ESR and ESR workforce planning tools (e.g. ESR Business Intelligence)

To be solely responsible for designing, writing and developing specialised ad hoc technical reports from the ESR

To undertake key workforce projects (e.g. the decommissioning of ESR Discoverer Reporting and the subsequent implementation of Business Intelligence Reporting (BI)

Responsible for providing high quality data to the Board Leads i.e. Key Performance Indicator (KPI’s) such as sickness, turnover, vacancies, staff in post, equality and diversity and identifying, tracking and analysing trends that emerge from workforce data

Validation and quality checking of ESR data, critically analysing data and flagging data irregularities and inconsistencies to service managers

To take responsibility for collection, provision and analysis of workforce and HR data to support business objectives
The ideal candidate will have:

Previous Workforce Analyst experience in NHS

Working knowledge of hierarchy management and positions in ESR

Expert knowledge of ESR BI report writing, including the production of proposals for senior management and analysis of information
